How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 48-72 hours in advance for most tours. For interior pyramid access and peak season visits (October-April), booking 1-2 weeks ahead is advisable.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfers, and cash payments in USD, EUR, or Egyptian Pounds.

Do you provide hotel pickup?

Yes, we provide complimentary pickup from most hotels in central Cairo and Giza. Pickup from Cairo Airport or distant locations may incur additional charges.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Tours operate in most weather conditions. In case of severe weather, we offer full refunds or rescheduling options. We monitor weather conditions and will contact you if changes are necessary.

Are tours suitable for children and elderly visitors?

Most of our tours are suitable for all ages. However, interior pyramid visits require climbing steep, narrow passages and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues or claustrophobia.
